Over the past 14 years I have been working in research area and have taught different topic to under graduate and master students in life science field. I am member of international societies such as society of biology and have presented papers in oral and poster presentations at National and International conferences.

Conducted lectures of Biostatistics and research methodology subject of semester VIII students, Lecture and Practical of Industrial Pharmacy I of semester V students. I started bioaccelerator program and as part of TPO working with companies to start internship for students from third and final year. I am head of the research group and we are collaborating with abroad universities and companies. Mentored 15 project students and published research project
