Currently an Assistant Professor in the Computer Department at the Applied College, Najran University, Saudi Arabia. He received his B.Sc. degree in Information Systems from King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia, his M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Saint Xavier University, USA, and his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Idaho, USA. His research interests include, but are not limited to, malware analysis, data analysis, intrusion detection systems (IDS), artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
