Operating requirement of air traffic control system, the multi-platform real-time message-oriented middleware was studied and realized, which is composed of CDCC and CDCS. The former provides application process interface, while the latter realizes data synchronism of CDCC and data exchange. MQM, as one important part of it, provides message queue management and, encrypt and compress data during transmitting procedure. The practical system application verifies that the middleware can simplify the development of air traffic control system, enhance its stability, improve its systematic function and make it convenient for maintenance and reuse.<br />
