This scientific article aims to describe the role of nursing in intercultural health, with special emphasis on the challenges in the Argentinean context. Nursing is a profession that is changing the ways of approaching health from different roles, if current approaches are taken into account, given that different social groups demand in relation to their belief systems, and how they perceive themselves in different socio-cultural and historical contexts.
