 To complete our studies, we report the results of a constrained form of REP as Table 19 (see subsection 4.2).  Here the original form of REP has been used since the formulation is written in a couple form and thus additional constraints does not increase the computational cost siginificantly.  Since REP formulation is, in fact, based on a weighted form of equilibrium, as expected, no improvement is seen in the results of Table.
