Basic plan
The Basic plan is our entry-level journal hosting plan and is conceived to provide a free way to help users start online publishing using Scipedia.
Scipedia's Basic hosting plan includes:
Customized journal home page (basic customization, including banner, logo in pdf template, editorial board, descriptions and authors help)
Dedicated management panel with distinctive roles (editors, associate editors and assistant editors)
Fully configurable management and review options
Free basic support and maintenance services
Publication views and downloads statistics
Discussion forum for every paper published
Unlimited disk storage space for text and referenced pictures (and unlimited number of papers)
Basic hosting plan is offered for free (subjected to conditions for journals published in Scipedia, see below).
Premium Standard plan
The Premium Standard hosting plan includes all of the features in the basic plan, plus specialized support and more storage capacity.
Dedicated online training course (2h)
Specialized technical support (priority up to 20 h/year)
Specialized support for importing existing journal volumes
Handling administrative aspects of main index providers (including WOS or SCOPUS)
Customized publishing licence (only open access and machine readable licences are valid)
Additional disk storage space (such as video and data): 15 GB
Premium Standard hosting plan is offered at 100 €/month (subjected to conditions for journals published in Scipedia, see below).
Premium Advanced plan
The Premium Advanced hosting plan is designed to provide journal hosting services to institutions.
Includes everything in Basic, plus:
Advanced customization options for the journal home page and pdf template (including branding background and colours)
Dedicated online training course (3h)
Specialized technical support (priority up to 40 h/year)
Specialized support for importing existing journal volumes
Integrated payment gateway for Article Processing Charges (APCs)
Handling administrative aspects of main index providers (including WOS or SCOPUS)
Customized publishing licence (only open access and machine readable licences are valid)
Additional disk storage space (such as video and data): 40 GB
Premium Standard hosting plan is offered at 210 € per published paper, or 35% of Article Processing Charges if greater (subjected to conditions for journals published in Scipedia, see below).

An integral part of Scipedia's mission is to publish open access journals of the highest quality and with the greatest impact. Scipedia's journals must follow a rigorous and transparent peer-review process as a way to ensure the overall quality and integrity of the research presented.
Journals published in Scipedia must adhere to international standards and codes of ethics. Unless indicated otherwise, Journals published in Scipedia will adhere to the Best Practices Guidelines for Journals Editors of the Committee on Publication Ethics Code of Conduct. Journals must make clear indication of the use of specific ethical codes “About information” panel of the Journal home page.
