	<title><![CDATA[Arrate]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;">After finishing my&nbsp;Ph.D. Thesis, focusing on the relationship between rheology and morphology of blends filled with nanoparticles, in 2013 at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), I joined CIDETEC surface engineering and since 2016 I have&nbsp;been working on the knowledge area of Polymers &amp; Composites focus on the development and optimization of recyclable, repairable and reprocessable thermosets. I have participated in 7 projects based on 3R technology in thermoset matrices funded by national and international public entities.</span></p>]]></description>

	<title><![CDATA[Aratz Genua]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;">PhD in Chemistry at University of Basque Country (Spain) in 2013. Title of the thesis: &ldquo;Superficies met&aacute;licas con propiedades innovadoras mediante nanorrecubrimientos funcionales&rdquo;. She works in CIDETEC since 2010 where she works as a senior researcher &amp; project manager at the Polymers &amp; Composites Unit, focused on the development of dynamic polymer networks based on reversible chemical bonds. She has been involved in several national and European R&amp;D projects and she was the coordinator of the ECOXY European Project (on biobased recyclable, reprocessable and repairable (3R) thermoset composites for automotive and construction sectors). She is co-author of 13 scientific publications, a book-chapter and co-inventor of a patent related to dynamic chemistry.</span></p>]]></description>
