	<title><![CDATA[Rafael B Garcia-Etxabe]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p>Rafael B. Garc&iacute;a-Etxabe is a member of the Sustainable Composites and Functional Polymers Department at GAIKER Technology Center. Over more than three decades, he has participated in numerous national and international research projects related to composite and polymeric materials, collaborating in both technical and management tasks. His experience covers the modification and additivation of plastic materials using compounding techniques and their subsequent transformation through molding processes (injection, rotational molding, etc.). For the past 10 years, he has been integrated into the Composite Materials Area, gaining expertise in the design, development, and manufacturing of long fiber composites. Additionally, recent activities have led him to acquire solid knowledge on the incorporation of electronics and composite monitoring through sensor integration.</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>Soy Ander Larruscain Garate, graduado en Ingenier&iacute;a de Energ&iacute;as Renovables y m&aacute;ster en Ingenier&iacute;a de Materiales Renovables por la Universidad del Pa&iacute;s Vasco (UPV/EHU). Actualmente, formo parte del grupo de investigaci&oacute;n &lsquo;Materiales + Tecnolog&iacute;as&rsquo; (GMT) de la UPV/EHU y curso el programa de doctorado en Ingenier&iacute;a de Materiales Renovables. Mi tesis doctoral se centra en el desarrollo de materiales compuestos a partir de matrices recicladas y/o biodegradables, empleando como refuerzo lana de oveja Latxa. 	<title><![CDATA[Alaitz Rekondo]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p>Alaitz Rekondo has a PhD in Polymer Chemistry. Before joining CIDETEC she worked for 6 years as a researcher in the R&amp;D department at industrial company focused on the development of silicone and polyurethane-based sealants and adhesives where new sealants based on silanized polyurethanes were developed and industrialized. She joined CIDETEC in 2011 and since 2017 she is the Head of Polymers and Composite Unit where one of the main research activities is focused on the development of dynamic polymer networks based on reversible chemical bonds.</p>]]></description>
