	<title><![CDATA[Robert Malina]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span lang="EN-US">As Professor for Environmental Economics at Hasselt University I lead the Research Group Environmental Economics within the <a href="https://www.uhasselt.be/CMK-en">Centre for Environmental Sciences</a> (CMK), for which I serve as Vice-Director. I am also a </span><span lang="EN-US">Research Affiliate in the <a href="http://aeroastro.mit.edu">Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics</a> at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). My research is centered on economic, environmental and social assessments of clean technologies and on the valuation of ecosystem services using multidisciplinary approaches. One of my current research thrusts is the economic and environmental viability of alternative jet fuels, for which I serve as a technical expert to the International Civil Aviation Organization.</span></p><p><span lang="EN-US">From 2012 to 2016, I worked as Associate Director of the <a href="http://lae.mit.edu">Laboratory for Aviation and the Environment</a> at MIT where I was leading research on the economic and environmental viability of different options for mitigating aviation&rsquo;s impact on the environment. From 2005 to 2012, I was a lecturer/senior lecturer in economics at <a href="http://www.uni-muenster.de">Muenster University</a> (Germany) and Associate Director of the Muenster University <a href="http://www.iv-muenster.de">Institute of Transport Economics.</a></span></p>]]></description>

	<title><![CDATA[Gerard Mor Martinez]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9); font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;">Gerard Mor is finishing his PhD studies in Engineering and ICT at the University of Lleida. Master degree in Decision Making at the Rey Juan Carlos University, Spain. Degree in Building Engineering, B.Sc. (University of Lleida). With more than 10 papers in International Journals and Congresses, Gerard is specialized in time series data analysis with a background in building engineering and statistical learning. As Data Scientist, he focuses on building energy loads modeling (forecasting, fault detection), Machine learning applied to data clustering of user patterns, and managing and processing data streams within big data architectures. Nowadays, he is in charge of the development and implementation of Demand response services in the ENMA big data platform within the frame of the SIM4BLOCKS, EKATE, BIGG and ENTRACK European Funded Projects. He is Head of the data analysis team within the BEE Group.</span></p>]]></description>
